Refund policy

1. 15-Day Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 15 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible:

The request must be submitted within 15 days

Proof of purchase is required

Photo or video documentation may be required

Refund requests submitted after 15 days of delivery may not be accepted.

2. Refund Without Return (Low-Ticket Items)

For select products under $30, we may offer a refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and may require photo or video proof of the issue.

Refunds without return are:

Limited to one per customer

Subject to review

Denied in cases of misuse, excessive wear, or policy abuse

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our criteria.

3. Standard Bundle Orders ($45+)

For higher-value bundles, additional review may be required before issuing a refund.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

A full refund

A partial refund

A replacement (if applicable)

Photo or video documentation is required for all damage or defect claims.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photo or video evidence

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Buyer’s remorse after 15 days

Incorrect address provided by customer

Items damaged due to misuse

Normal wear and tear

6. Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.
